This mail utility is for sending messages to the families registered on the AA website. Your email must have a 'Subject' or a 'Message' - preferably both. You can append 2 attachments.
The email comes from the AA website email address. If you want people to reply, include your contact information in your message. Generally, messages sent this way do not expect a reply – it is more of a method to broadcast a message to a large group.
Since "Selected families" is the choice from the "To:" list above you can drag and drop the families you want to send email to from the left to the right column. You can filter the left column by typing in the field above it.The message will go only to the email addresses the family used when they registered on the site.

You can filter the left column by typing in the field above it. The message will go to all the email addresses the contacts family has listed on the site.
